This entails how we shall transform convicts into converts. This is where the church has found difficulty. Over the years, we win men at crusade grounds but loose them back into the water. Our process shall involve winning them and removing them from their waters into our Life Transformation Centre until they are reformed and established. This means that any armed robber that drops his gun, any prostitute, destitute, orphan, widow that shall yield to the Gospel shall be taken into the Centre for total rehabilitation. The Lifeway Transformation and Empowerment Centre shall comprise of

• Vocational Academy with classrooms, workshops, hostels, libraries, recreation facilities etc where inmates are trained into any vocation of their choice that at graduation they can settle and be established with.
• A chapel and chaplainry for Career, Marital and Spiritual Counseling and Prayer/Deliverance Ministration and Discipleship programme and activities
• Clinics
• Kitchen and Laundry
• Playgrounds and Prayer Ground Facilities

Therefore, the Lifeway Transformation Centre is a whole complex for spiritual and economical empowerment, which shall be the Bethesda pool of transforming prostitutes, armed robbers, orphans, widows, destitute and hoodlums whose lives have were marred. Here they shall be transformed from marred men into made men and be gravitated into established men and women to take their rightful place in God's kingdom and in the society. Hallelujah.
