At LEF, our method is ELIMINATION BY SUBSTITUTION.

This means that for every sinner, prostitutes, hoodlum, armed robber that drops his gun and comes to receive Christ MUST get established to a self employed business of at least N50,000 (Fifty thousand Naira).

LifeWay evangelical foundation is therefore not a ministry of tithe and offering. It is not for milking and sapping those already sapped by the society and satan. We are strongly persuaded that there are millions of thieves and prostitutes that have taken into the streets because they have no option and will grab our opportunity for a change.

• How we intend to reach out to our targets.

• We shall reach out to them through Open-air crusades that we shall be carrying out as spurred by the Holy Spirit at different location.
• We shall undertake Party crusades, which entail turning birthday parties and such other ceremonies into crusades to reach out to and win then. We shall do this as a bate to attract and catch.
• We shall undertake transport Outreaches. This involves putting our buses on the road as transport vehicles but with preachers following and using our outreach forms to bring converts.
• We shall embark on print and electronic media ministry and street witnessing where in we spread our appeals and entry forms into our Vocational Academy and Transformation! Empowerment Center.
• We shall undertake "Combing" which entails going to target populations and areas that are suspected to be hide outs to lay our nets
• We shall reach out to the Prison and Police authorities to release Satan's victims in their nets for us.

We are persuaded that with these methods and those left out for security reasons, we shall make a big catch; we shall win the target of three million souls for Christ in a targeted time of three years.
